Amusing today to see Flemming and the Barnes counting to at least 14 a few times whilst their keeper held it. Barnes even asked Brooks why he didn’t do anything about it and Brooks just shrugged at him.

Another 10 day wonder ,it used to be 6 secs.
How many rules have been brought in and lasted about half a dozen games?
Ball to be moved 10 yds forward if opposition don’t retreat
Only captains to speak to the ref
Throw ins to be passed to the other side if not taken in the right place
Players to be booked for pulling back opposition.

ohhh…if only these rules were applied in games!!
