Bloody hell, it'll be hard enough surviving a 30 minute half time without having to listen to Coldplay.

Football is no longer a sport, it is entertainment. Sports don‘t bring the mega money in, entertainment does. VAR, poor referees, half time shows, all designed to get more people watching on TV from around the world. If something, anything at all will increase worldwide viewing figures and make them more money then they will do it.
