Strange game. I always come on here expecting to see Cullen up near the top for everything he gives us, ball winning, passing, control of the tempo. Today we were comfortable all game yet he was quiet without playing poorly. Hope that is a good sign for the future.

Esteve is man of the match every week, but we just accept that as standard.

Re: Vote for your man of the match against Swansea
I’ve had similar thoughts before. I think it’s a) a rough pitch, doesn’t suit his passing, means he has to fight for control a lot b) Swansea had about 60% possession, if you don’t give a possession passer the ball, what does he have to do? Fight for the ball.Tricky Trevor wrote: ↑Sat Mar 15, 2025 11:14 pmStrange game. I think he’s great and you won’t find many players digging in like him when it’s not his sort of game.

I went for Laurent, but can see why Anthony is ahead in the voting.

Josh Laurent also for me. Does a lot of unseen work and had a some very good drives up the field.
