Great to see that Ramsey has game time planned in for this week.

he said last time that they wanted that to happen during the international break so it's a shame it's delayed

The good news is that he said that all those on international duty came back fine. 🙂

I think what he said before international break was that there was going to be a game behind closed doors. Maybe Tony will know if that was played.

I took him to mean that he now needs more games in the U21s, so it’s possibly just further games needed vs the planned one didn’t happen.

I’m hoping we can get him back to a level where he could make the bench. His loan at Boro with 5 goals in 11 (which incidentally might end up being how many games we have left!) show he can make a difference at this level.

Yep, absolutely delighted for the lad! Incidentally, how long has his recovery taken?

It might be a bit much too soon to expect that kind of return across our remaining fixtures. Probably just be happy if he doesn’t break down again between now and the end of the season and anything else is a bonus. I think I’m right in saying that it’s quite common for other niggly injuries to crop up after such a bad injury so his game time will have to be carefully managed.

Think both Beyer and Ramsey can consider themselves very unlucky at the extent and seriousness of their injuries, Hopefully light down the tunnel for both
