I dislocated my shoulder a few years back
Although it was replaced straight away, it was a week before I could remove the support and then a couple of months rehab.
As mentioned once it’s gone once, it is susceptible to go again, even with the most innocuous movements.
I once sneezed as I was bending down to pick up a bag and felt it popped out/in
Me and my best pal have both dislocated our shoulders and we are talking about times they have popped out again, mine has only done it once (possibly twice) in 15 years and has always gone back into position easily.
His was going every few months so hes had an operation.
I was messing about in the garden with the kids in the summer after a few beers and my shoulder popped out whilst doing the Y in YMCA
His best one was sneezing whilst on a ladder

We need to get Josh Brownhill scoring again as he seems to know about timing his runs and finding the net. Hannibal had a bit of a chance last night but he did not appear too confident in lifting his shot towards the right hand corner rather the straight across the ground attempt into the defender.
Hannibal has a lot of good aspects to his game but has zero goal threat whatsoever.

For the Millwall game No Foster No Flemming
Barnes can’t play 90 or from the start imo
Pace is a threat directly through the middle

I'd go with Redmond or Barnes comfortably ahead of Koleosho. Wonder if we could recall one of the young lads out on loan.

IMO neither Barnes or Redmond are match fit enough to start a game, both are last 30mins options at best
Koleosho is not very good with the ball at his feet but as No 9 chasing around at speed he could be effective
We’re lacking options
That’s an option
pace is an effective attacking threat and closing down opposition defenders can create havoc

Such a shame for Foster,I genuinely felt for the guy last night as he came off the pitch he simply can't get a break wishing him all the best on his recovery from his most recent setback.

So for the Millwall game

Barnes not match fit enough 35
Redmond not match fit enough 31? Injury prone
Koleosho not match sharp but 22 can run like the wind all day every day
If I was a big lump of a centre half I know who & what I would least like to face, and its pace every time

Barnes with Edwards buzzing around him.
We'll be promoted by then but the title might still be on the line?

Best thing would be to do our job in the next 4 games and we won’t have to worry about who plays against Millwall.

I know that Ashley Barnes has not started Championship matches for some time and is unlikely to ever again be physically able to play at this level from the start and play 90 if needed
Redmond I’m not sure on

I know could seriously weaken us out wide, but the best option to start up top if no Foster or Flem is Anthony. Barnes after 60 and Jaden back out wide.

Why would we we sit deep against Milllwall at home.
We know exactly how thr game will look and it's not going to be one that'd suit someone like Koleosho up front.

I’ve seen us sit deep against poorer teams than Millwall this season

The key if Barnes starts is to make sure we get bodies round him who have pace and guile.
VK did it with Anas, Benson but more importantly Tella and he became effective. Parker needs to do it with what we have. Be it Edwards, Redmond Luca Anthony he needs to adapt / tweek our tactics from our strikers being so often isolated.

Having watched Ash play I think 90 minutes at Southampton in the cup and not look out of place against premier league opposition i wouldn`t be worrying too much if he starts up front against Millwall if we play to his strengths ie ball to feet, but if we start hitting long balls for him to run on to then we`re going to struggle, last night was bad enough hitting high crosses into the box against a set of giants so maybe SP needs to give the tatics some serious thought if this match is critical re promotion.

Not retired because he's passionate about the game, and even more passionate about the club imo, and feels he can still give something to the cause, but I'm sure he knows himself in he's heart of hearts that he's no longer fit enough to start a game or play 90 minute's.

Absolute garbage. If he's not fit enough to start, he'd have called it a day.
He managed to start at Southampton without needing counselling afterwards ffs.

It was a genuine enquiry - it looked a bad challenge but not easy to make out at that distance so I thought I’d ask.

IMO Flemming is not a natural number 9 leading the line. We have done well with him as a false 9 and he has been a great last minute signing. So for the Millwall game trust in our manager with 28 games unbeaten to his name to find a solution. It could be Anthony, Barnes, Redmond, Benson, Sarmiento, Edwards, Brownhill or uncle tom....but in Scott we must trust to solve the issue for that game. UTC
p.s given the amount of wide men we have ....Anthony for me as our Flemming/Foster replacement false number 9 lol

Cant see how some think he wont be missed. He is a key man for Parker, even though he was alternating with Fleming for a starting position. Sorry but for me Barnes is not a serious option-great at keeping the dressing room upbeat but 2-3 years past it. It means v Millwall, when we may simply need three points to clinch auto, we could be really handicapped. Parker must start planning his tactics and selection for that game, but I remember how we fared at the Den with Hountondji and Jay as our attacking options. I know Redmond has played as a number 9, so if Foster is out, time to be bringing him into the team for some game time
I think we need to get ourselves into a position where we can clinch promotion there first before we start thinking about that. Long way to go yet

Genuinely an option last 15 20 mins if you need a goal and start pumping balls into and around the box, he’s not before Barnes for that though

Our game is largely based around ball retention. If we start "pumping it up to a forward we won't do very well.

Our game is largely based around ball retention. If we start "pumping it up to a forward we won't do very well.
Needing a goal last 15 minutes then it’s not only an option to go long but also pulls the defensive line back creating space to play into if they have a high press so they’ll often pull that press deeper to a low block even and then we don’t have to waste time passing out from the edge of our box as we’ll be allowed to push out to the half way line
Mixing it up in the last 15 if we’re struggling to pass through teams is an option
Barnes is the man for this
On the half way line he’s little threat
On the edge of and in the box he’s a major nuisance and therefore a threat or cause of
