2 x Sheff Utd hospitality - half price

We've got enough tickets in the away end now for our group as they're suddenly easier to come by so don't need the 2 x adult hospitality tickets we bought.

They are in the Jimmy McIlroy Suite.

They were £150 each, but will take £150 for the pair. The tickets are digital only - so you'll need to add them to your Apple or Google wallet. I have the links at hand and can provide evidence of purchase if you don't trust people from over the border

Seats are together, in block EL5

He must be easily pleased to give 5 stars to the food in there. Not a patch on what it was when it was a proper sit down meal.

Seems strange that away tickets suddenly became easier to get, when it's been sold out a while. Personally I wouldn't part with any money until the tickets were in my hand.

No. That was only introduced at the start of last season. Prior to that it was a sit down meal at a reserved table.

I booked a few hospitality tables in there pre-pandemic, and it was always a buffet served outside the main seating area... You sat down to eat, but it wasn't table service, as such.

It wasn't table service - except for the half time snack & the tea or coffee, but neither was it a buffet. There was a choice of 2 hot meals served to you by staff from stations outside the seating area, but you had your own table inside for the season where you ate.

Fair enough - I'm not invested enough to debate the ins and outs... it was OK in there, previously. I'd say it was sterile back then (as was the JH hospitality) and needed an injection. I've not been in the new version... I enjoy the queues, concrete and plastic glasses above with my lad and friends

The food and the service is fantastic.

Whether it's good value for money is another discussion.

The hospitality is night and day over what we used to have.

Unfortunately on my one visit, there wasn't a hot dog in sight, which was a shame as I love a good hot dog. On the plus side the curry was very nice.

Only ever used the JH for a sit down meal and I would agree off my much more limited experience.

The JM looks excellent, personally would’ve gone claret and blue with the sofas and furnishings in there rather than the orange, and a pool table or two & a dart board would’ve been a good addition, but some health and safety maniac probably said no.

I’d agree that the value for money debate is separate and certainly needs a rethink when we’re in the championship.
