Re: U18 Playoff Semi-Final
The results page is showing yesterday's game against Colchester as a 1-2 defeat rather than the correct 2-0 win.

How do you get tickets can you not just show your St on the night ?

Or go to tkt office on the night and they will print one if you show your ticket.
Re: U18 Playoff Semi-Final
Its a pity its Friday night was hoping for a daytime match ... so I won't be there ... but good luck to the youngsters

Re: U18 Playoff Semi-Final
That would be far too simple for us and I've no idea why not. That's what we did for U21 games until this season, now you have to get a match ticket in advance.Woodleyclaret wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 7:00 pmHow do you get tickets can you not just show your St on the night ?

In fairness to the club, I think it probably helps them so they can have an idea of how many may be comingClaretTony wrote: ↑Thu May 08, 2025 4:28 pmThat would be far too simple for us and I've no idea why not. It would but most seem to go and get a ticket on arrival for the gameclarets1978 wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 11:42 amIn fairness to the club, I think it probably helps them so they can have an idea of how many may be coming
Re: U18 Playoff Semi-Final
Could it be that season tickets are set to allow supporters into certain sections of the ground but for this match only the Bob Lord Stand will be open to which the season tickets don't allow access ?? Just a thought.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 12:09 pmIt would but most seem to go and get a ticket on arrival for the game

Re: U18 Playoff Semi-Final
That would make sense if the season tickets actually triggered the turnstile so you could enter
In this situation all you need to do is show the ticket to the operator who will press the pedal to allow entry

Re: U18 Playoff Semi-Final
They’re manually operated anyway, aren’t they?
I agree it’s a bit of a faff I could live without. Maybe points related (hope so!)? That said, it’s really easy to ‘buy’ one online. For those who haven’t done it before: buy as you normally would and then change the drop-down box to “Season Ticket - £0.00” when you get to the basket.

They are manually operated. Yes, easy to get online but I think a lot just turn up for the u21 games and then have to go to the ticket office. Last one, there was a lengthy queue at the ticket office.NewClaret wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 2:07 pmThey’re manually operated anyway, aren’t they?

Re: U18 Playoff Semi-Final
You don't get points for all the under 21/18 matches at TM ... I've been to 3 now this season and only got 10 points for one of themNewClaret wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 2:07 pmThey’re manually operated anyway, aren’t they?

Yeah, bit of a joke that Boss! Well (consistently) managed and it could be a good incentive for younger fans to boost their points.

Re: U18 Playoff Semi-Final
You have to wonder sometimes!
For those games I’d be giving 20 points to encourage people to bring their kids who might not be in the same band as them. But if 10 points is the agreed upon figure, at least apply it consistently.
