Talk about consistency
Talk about consistency
Can't think of any team having been so consistent both home and away.
Home P23 W14 D9 L0 F35 A8 Pts 51
Away P23 W14 D7 L2 F34 A8 Pts 49
That's some record to add to all the others.
Well done to the Clarets.

Re: Talk about consistency
We've been pretty damned consistent at the last four seasons at Champ level

Boring DA fishing posts
Re: Talk about consistency
DA do you actually like Burnley? Serious question. I'm wondering what your end game in all this is?
Re: Talk about consistency
Ties in with one of Parkers key messages in taking emotion of the game.

Re: Talk about consistency
Not sure what you mean. The thread is about teams being consistent (I assume being consistently good) and the OP seemed to pose the question around if anyone else has been consistently good both home and away and I've merely pointed to some other teams.
If all you want from this board is to blow smoke up our own arses and not have discussion then the OP should have saved himself some time and just posted "aren't we great" and then everyone could have liked it, agreed with it and gone to bed happy
I don't have an end game or any game but I think the board is much more interesting when we can have different opinions and viewpoints especially when it comes to Burnley as being clouded by bias and hypersensitive to anything neutral (never mind negative) doesn't make for healthy debate as yours and goobs responses clearly demonstrates

You are Mr Contrary all the time and it makes me think you don't actually have a valid opinion as it is hard to establish when (if ever) you are being serious or just in wind up mode. It's tiring and you clog the board up with shite on the daily. Trying to justify your inane drivel as some kind of idealistic crusade isn't washing either.
Just change your name to Mr Contrary and have done with it. You make the board less interesting. You are boring.

No need to be so rude. I've said before, (and I don't personally know the poster by the way) but a lot of DA's posts are satirical humour, that is all, nothing more, nothing less.Ric_C wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 12:06 amYou are Mr Contrary all the time and it makes me think you don't actually have a valid opinion as it is hard to establish when (if ever) you are being serious or just in wind up mode. It is what it is, sometimes people see it as provocative, sometimes people see the cast. Nothing to get wound up about. They express an interest in Leeds, but also seem to support Burnley. Unless it's something I'm not aware of, members of this board can support other teams....... think "Hutchy" - always value for money.
If DA bores you, or they grate on you that much then add them as a "foe" and you won't see their messages.

I agree, Devils_Advocate should change his name to indicate that he is being contrary as it isn't clear currentlyRic_C wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 12:06 amYou are Mr Contrary all the time and it makes me think you don't actually have a valid opinion as it is hard to establish when (if ever) you are being serious or just in wind up mode. If SP had this group of players from the beginning of the season, that is with a pre season etc I think we would have been unbeaten and overtaken Readings 106 point record
