Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
Watching the match ... bringing back memories of a trip to Stockports ground in the early 90's and a plane coming into Manchester and someone shouting "Oi Francis duck theres a plane coming in" to Kevin Francis ... much to the amusement of us behind the goal on that open end.
Then same Kevin F sat on the pitch at Wembley at the end of the game, tears streaming down his face as we went up and they stayed down.

Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
Must be the same lino that thought that fat crybaby Dunn was onside when he equalised against us at Deadwood that time.

Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
I’ve just got home but seen the goal. How on earth was it given. Delighted it was though.

Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
Good example of a side winning a "cumulative penalty".
Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
Michael Keane started and scored for Everton who are winning at Fulham. I.hope we are doing everything we can to sign him. It's an absolute no brainer

Notts County’s stadium is too big for them. It’s half empty.

McGoldrick is still a class act at this level. You’d never know he was 37.
Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
Is Mcneil out of contract too? Wasn't aware of that.boatshed bill wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 9:34 pmDwight McNeil came on and got an assist, I hope we are doing everything possible to bring him back "home".

He is indeed.
I'm not a big fan of the "bring 'em back" thing, but i'd have Dwight McNeil back in a heartbeat (as they say), if possible.

Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
Surely that red for Notts County gets overturned ? awful decision. The lads legs are about 6 ft, he comfortably wins the ball and never takes his eyes off it. Soft AF

Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
But then he puts his hand in another player’s face which will go against him but for me that red is a nonsense.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 10:01 pmSurely that red for Notts County gets overturned ? awful decision. Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
I didn’t follow the commentary but he might have been sent off raising hands into a Wimbledon players face. Just watched again, what a terrible decision, the ref has a great view of it too. The Notts lad threw the slap after the red and went then back to the Wimbledon player on the deck who had made the most of it. It’s play on for me, not even a free kick.Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 10:01 pmSurely that red for Notts County gets overturned ? awful decision. Re: SATURDAY FOOTY
agree lads, the chap is sent off for the challenge, they'll likely overturn it and then give him a retrospective one for his reaction.......which was of course caused by the ref ! Deffo needs overturning.
