A bit common sense with VAR there.

Who is the muppets commentating.
I know they're Englush but honestly.
That was a penalty all day long and I still can't see how they overturned it.

I’m amazed they’ve overturned that in a UEFA competition but for me they did eventually get it right.

Half-time - score probably about right. We started and ended poorly but played very well in-between.

Look much better without Rowe leading the line.
I'm not sold on Stansfield being worth the 10m Blues paid but he has helped us look a better unit.

I think he's Championship quality (not Prem) so will probably work out as a sound investment.

Switch the sound off, the football is still the same and just like being at the game. Better than ever with some good vinyl playing as well.
Sadly, that [enalty will cost us because it had given the SPanish a boost. The ball should have been in Row Z but that rarely happens these days.

Hinshelwood having a tough time.

Good job Stansfield got the ball when he dived in.

Cresswell looking better than the last few games.

Rowe did well to chase that one.

Think we probably deserved to win.

Livramento needs to keep out of the way. We don't need any bookings and reds...

Well done to our lads who stuck to their task and defended well and were helped by a couple of smashing saves by our keeper. Semi final next. Good luck to them

I really don't think Spain looked anything special at all and we created enough chances to win the game and it was enough. The stats put it at a pretty even game but I think we created the better chances.

Well done lads.

I've turned it off now but might be Jules Breach who is with BT Sport. I think being with BT Sport is her only fault as she seems alright.

Just as the whistle was about to go. The Spanish winger slid in recklessly on Liveramento. Liveramento reacted and they squared up. Spain had nothing to lose and were out of the competition so were able to be quite aggressively chasing confrontation. I think Cresswell and a few others were sticking up for their team-mates. All handbags, really.

And we're the only nation in the tournament without a 23 year old, though Hayden Hackney does turn 23 two days before the final.

Fantastic Result,
I had two £3-00 bets on England to win either at 2-1 which was 9/1 and 3-1 at 22/1 at BetFred so with the penalty picking up £69, instead of £30, great, also got two numbers come up on the Irish Lotto for a £1-50 stake returns of £91-50, so all in all a good night, thank you The under 21s, they played well, now for Wednesday.
