Re: Who is this?
I can see the Casper thought but I somehow can’t imagine Frank on a dance floor with his knees.

Re: Who is this?
We sat down to dinner and were asked if we minded sharing a table as the restaurant was busy. As the above couple sat down I immediately thought ‘here we go - a full evening of chatting about BFC and games from the late 1980’s’
How disappointing for me to be greeted by a Yorkshire accent as opposed so the soft Welsh accent I was anticipating.
Sorry for the wind up lads but I couldn’t resist trying this one especially seeing that he was a good dancer reminiscent of our renowned number one our fourth division days. I really thought it was Chris Pearce until I heard his voice.
I think ‘Clarets4me’ and ‘clarettillIdie’ will appreciate this one.
It gave me a good excuse to refresh my memory with a read of CT’s excellent summary of Pearce’s career from the old CM days.

Re: Who is this?
Wait, so the thread title should really be "Who isn't this?" ?

However if you insist - the answer is Simon from Wakefield.
Apologies for wasting your time with a "lookey likey" as Sean Dyche calls it!

Re: Who is this?
I can understand why somebody would brag about being on a cruise, they are fantastic, have you been on one?The Shire Claret wrote: ↑Thu Jul 10, 2025 9:26 pmWhy would anyone brag about being on a cruise ?
Not being funny I just really don’t get why
Not sure bragging was the reason for the initial post

Re: Who is this?
I’m with you on this one, I’ve never seen the attraction about cruises. Thousands of people crammed on to a bloody boat, (footy game is a totally different experience for those nay sayers) stopping off at this and that Caribbean island to buy all kinds of cr*p you don’t need or want, all probably made in ChinaThe Shire Claret wrote: ↑Thu Jul 10, 2025 9:26 pmWhy would anyone brag about being on a cruise ?

Re: Who is this?
And so, a bloke from Wakefield has no idea that there's a thread on a football message board all about him?

Is it a ‘willy waving’ contest to see who gets to sit at the Captains table?

Re: Who is this?
Funny for the last 20 years I have done well not to be dragged on a cruise by the wife. Now 3 months ago we took a ferry from Barcelona to Rome, huuummm not quite as they called it a cruise , hey I was done for .
We did laugh as it was a bucket ship at best with very little that worked the pool was under repair and you would have to get up early if you wanted a deck chair as I counted 14 of them . Hey been there done that and still laugh about it .

Wondered why Zeki wasn’t pictured in training.
