I was interested to know this also.wilks_bfc wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 6:36 amAssuming it’s to encourage those unable to attend to use the ticket exchange.
Be interested in the t&c of that though
It says “selling on the ticket exchange“. Does that mean you only get those points if it sells or do you get them if you just list it to sell?
On top of this. It’s unlikely most people would ever bother to do this. But theoretically with the exchange system. You can buy a season ticket, resell every ticket this way and then keep aside the ‘big games’ against the top sides / local derbies.
Small risk could end up with people abusing the system like this. Like they can with the extra points for digital tickets
Re: Loyalty Points Update
The system is abused anyway, so it would just be another way. As long as people with less than 50pts can get tickets for any away game the system is pointless.CyrilEbokiPoh wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 11:04 amI was interested to know this also.

Re: Loyalty Points Update
Does this mean that in five years every season ticket holders can be fighting for first release
away tickets or will they up the points amount?
away tickets or will they up the points amount?
Re: Loyalty Points Update
Depends how many away games you go to each season? if you go to none then eventually you will just have the 350 × 5.

Re: Loyalty Points Update
IIRC you can only use the money returned for other ticket purchases, so no serious touts are likely to get involvedCyrilEbokiPoh wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 11:04 amI was interested to know this also.

Re: Loyalty Points Update
I had looked at this two seasons ago as I don't live locally and can only attend a few times a season. I thought I could get a ST to guarantee tickets for matches I could actually attend, then sell on the other matches - but it is a credit as opposed to cash on the re-sale, I assume it's the same again.CyrilEbokiPoh wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 11:04 amI was interested to know this also.

They've also removed points for me buying single tickets I see, so I'll get nothing for home matches this season.
Re: Loyalty Points Update
Just checked and now only 2060. Just o wr the ropes, although that should improve as I attend the matches, this season.
Re: Loyalty Points Update
Not really as 5 years of season tickets and attending or selling them back to the club for five years adds up to 2075
1750 for season tickets x5
325 for attending or selling back to club x5
So no away games needed to get first release
Re: Loyalty Points Update
1 year less for ST due to COVID.

You can earn loyalty points by purchasing tickets or a season ticket!
Season Ticket: Earn 350 points right away when you buy (as long as your payments are up to date).
Away Fixture: Get 20 points for each ticket you buy.
Home Fixture: Earn 10 points per ticket.

According to this article, you get nothing at all for buying single home match tickets, which is pretty ridiculous.Leisure wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 3:39 pmNot sure what you mean by your final paragraph?

Re: Loyalty Points Update
The info which I posted was still on the Faq but obviously is out of date. The reason why they have knocked off the 10 points for non-season ticket holders is that points are worthless if someone is not a ST holder.quoonbeatz wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 3:55 pmAccording to this article, you get nothing at all for buying single home match tickets, which is pretty ridiculous.

Re: Loyalty Points Update
Not if they subsequently become a ST holder.
Re: Loyalty Points Update
Yeah but they'd still only be in the 4th priority group of ST holders.
Re: Loyalty Points Update
Not sure about that. I thought that if you bought multiple tickets for a game then you only got 10 or 20 points but if you bought tickets in a single transaction for multiple games, then I would have thought that you should be multiple points.
Re: Loyalty Points Update
I bought for single tickets for three different matches in one transaction this morning and have had no points credited yet. I'm not expecting them. I'm not annoyed about this, it was just an observation that it has changed from last season.

Re: Loyalty Points Update
Not sure if it will make a difference but it says points will be added 48 hours after the relevant game.
Pretty shoddy if someone doesn't get points for a single home game.

Re: Loyalty Points Update
Its pretty clear that they are removing the points for single home games to push those more irregular / casual punters towards memberships, as a different silo of supporter group.
Re: Loyalty Points Update
I think that the points are only credited after a game has taken place.

Non-members don't now get points for home games. ST members will get an extra 5 points for each game they attend.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 4:58 pmNot sure if it will make a difference but it says points will be added 48 hours after the relevant game.

Re: Loyalty Points Update
Not sure if you meant 'won't all season ticket holders get the extra 5 points then???' but yes, they will each time they personally use their ST or if they can't use it, they put it on the Exchange. The thing that I haven't seen clarified yet, is when someone puts it on the Exchange, do they automatically get the 5 points or only get the points if someone buys it???

Just had it confirmed that if someone can't attend a game and puts their ticket onto the Exchange, they'll get the 5 points irrespective of whether or not the ticket is then purchased.Leisure wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 7:30 pmNot sure if you meant 'won't all season ticket holders get the extra 5 points then???' but yes, they will each time they personally use their ST or if they can't use it, they put it on the Exchange. Re: Loyalty Points Update
Got this clarification from the Club -
As its out of a fans control if the ticket they have listed is purchased, we will reward the 5 points regardless.

Re: Loyalty Points Update
Surely makes sense for it to be when listed on the exchange? As above, you can't control if someone purchases or not?
Re: Loyalty Points Update
Will they be lifting the ban on cricketfield season tickets games being put on the exchange?

Re: Loyalty Points Update
What kind of statement is that ?
Regardless of what ? They have just said ‘if the ticket they have listed is purchased” !!
So either they have missed out ‘not’ before purchased or they should not include ‘regardless” at the end if somebody buying your ticket is needed to gain the 5 points.
Re: Loyalty Points Update
To be honest on at least 3 maybe 4 occasions last season I had to get in touch with the ticket office about points not being added to my account even after the game had been played.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 4:58 pmNot sure if it will make a difference but it says points will be added 48 hours after the relevant game.

They are saying as it’s out of our hands if it’s purchased, we get the points regardless (of if it is or not)

Re: Loyalty Points Update
Not sure how that’s relevant as it’s surely all about building your points total. It seems pretty unfair that they’re giving 20 points for away games, that they don’t get any money form and only a limited number of people will be able to buy, but nothing to people who are actually buying tickets that put money into the club.
They’re even giving 5 points to an ST holder for not turning up and nothing to whoever buys their ticket. Proper wtf scene.
Re: Loyalty Points Update
More people are able to buy away tickets than home tickets! And they're not giving points for not turning up, the points are for putting your ticket on the Exchange if you can't make a game which brings more money into the Club fills a seat and gives others a chance to get a ticket! Fairly simple to understand, surely!quoonbeatz wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 10:16 pmNot sure how that’s relevant as it’s surely all about building your points total. Re: Loyalty Points Update
That bit is simple to understand, yes. But that’s not the point. Surely the person buying the ticket should get some points?Leisure wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 10:46 pmMore people are able to buy away tickets than home tickets! If I can’t be arsed to go and put my ticket on the exchange, I get more points than the person who buys the ticket and actually goes to the match. That’s ridiculous.
Re: Loyalty Points Update
why would 19 away matches and a few homes matches be worthless? The point is surely to aid away matches attendees for they long distance loyalty, as well?
Re: Loyalty Points Update
You get 25 points for not running on the pitch at the last match
