That's what I thought. Seems like a load of crap to me.
However, if there's any truth in the stuff about Alan Pace and Espanyol then I would have reason for concern.

I know we’ve had criticism of the media team at the club, but when the first word you hear/read on the first video you click is “Clarence” then I think that’s a good indication of how official it is

The club. The media content we produce is very good. That was, being polite, not good at all.

It didn’t say that. It said he’d spoken to a player, who spoke highly of him, then said Pace is expected to live in Barcelona (not that the player said he would).

I didn't say anything specifically about Burnley FC's media output, but I did comment on the conduct of football clubs in general, conduct which I personally find distasteful at times.

And if it's true that AP is relocating to Barcelona (the actual quote being "word got out" that he intended to relocate) and spending £200m to buy Espanyol whilst having spent £0 of his own money on Burnley FC and running up substantial debt, then any fan should have some concern.
Now all of this could be BS, and if the club didn't release this info then they'd do well to get this kind of stuff stpped (if that's possible).

I’d expect if he’s spent £200m on a club he’ll want to be around to meet everyone and get to know the club. I think that’s to be expected. It shouldn’t matter if he has a good team that he trusts in Burnley (and a phone).

Worth noting that his daughter has married a local guy, had a baby recently and his family is settled in the UK, so I’d expect if he spends a lot of time in Barcelona initially, the ultimate plan will be to divide his time between the UK and Spain.

I don’t think the club can stop external YouTube content from being published or speculation online generally. When the regulatory hurdles are passed, I expect he’ll set the record straight on his plans.
