I see Derby have been allocated 1,964 , is that a reduced allocation?

Well I don’t have a valid seat in the new home section of the cricket field stand so how can I buy a ticket in that stand for the Derby match?

Did they say when they would be available to collect from Trev? The plastic cards that is.trickytrev wrote: ↑Mon Aug 18, 2025 3:17 pmJust spoke to the ticket office and digital season tickets are being emailed out some time this afternoon.
Physical season ticket cards will be available as well but you will have to collect them from the ticket office yourself.
Probably going to be a big queue outside the ticket office before the game on saturday for people who can't get down before then.
Not particulary great being given 4 days notice before 1st home game of the season!

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
I've never been able to use the Ticket Exchange in the CFS - I dont think it's an option as fans cannot buy tickets in there at all. I've certainly never seen any for sale when I've looked, happy to be corrected if I'm wrong though.
The other options that I also dont have is the option to upgrade an U18 to an Adult ticket either - although again that should be possible according to some, and even the ticket office have told me this in the past, but again - as it's the CFS it doesn't seem to be a valid option.

I rang the ticket office earlier and they said they weren't issuing cards, it's digital only in CFS , so I don't know.

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
Does anybody know what is going?
Tricky Trev says we can pick physical tickets up from tomorrow.
Meanwhile someone else at the Ticket Office has told Mark the Claret that just us, in the CFS, aren't getting a physical ticket?? But the rest of the ground are.
Four of the lads in our group in the CFS want a tangible card, certainly after seeing what happened at United v Arsenal yesterday.
No doubt people will be along shortly to call us druggies and neanderthals soon, but if someone who is slightly more intelligent than those posters can give us an idea we'd really appreciate it! (I am not a neanderthal and certainly don't take drugs).
If there is one group of supporters in the whole of the fanbase who make the most noise for the team it's the CFS but it just feels like we are getting messed about disproportionately here!!! Firstly the move to worse seats, and potentially no physical card? Just the CFS?
Perhaps the SLO, or Director of fan experience could help? Maybe the FAB can help?

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
Thanks Peter. Quite a ridiculous situation overall created by the club here tbh.
Away fans 100% behind the goal now as well.
Would love to know the real reason for all this. Seems crazy to me, for a stand that let's be honest, just needs pulling down and starting again. More away fans than home fans in CFS by some number now looking at the picture on the other CFS thread on Pg 1 before the Lazio game.

So CFS STH don’t get a card but are able to download the full ST for the season, yet those in the other stands do get a card but aren’t able to download for the full season, just on a game by game basis?mybloodisclaret wrote: ↑Mon Aug 18, 2025 3:57 pmEmail received and able to download CFS digital season ticket for the year.

Thank you.
That’s fair enough. If presumably, she gets the points irrespective of whether or not they are able to sell the ticket.

Yes, if she puts it on the Exchange she'll receive 5 points , irrespective of whether or not it sells. The Hung Juror wrote: ↑Mon Aug 18, 2025 10:42 pmThank you.

From the Club -
The Season tickets for the CFS are digital, if fans are unable to access a digital ticket then they can come in on a non-match day and be issued a card for this season.
However, fans will have 3 digital options and more information will be released in due course.
All season ticket holders in the CFS have been sent an email with a link to add to their smart phone and they will be able to access via the app ahead of the weekend.

I still haven't had any replies to my emails and nor have I had any emails about any digital tickets. Looks like I'll need to get there early on Saturday to get some physical cards instead.

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
Went to the ticket office today. Season ticket, paid for in January, is still allocated to the seat I had last season (now in with the away fans). I’ve now got a paper ticket for my new seat in the Cricket Field Stand for the Sunderland match. I asked if I could have a plastic season card until my new seat had been sent to me digitally but was told I have to go to the ticket office, on a non match day to get a paper ticket printed if it has not been sorted by the next home match.

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
Firstly, thanks for your assistance with this Leisure.
Secondly, the club want me to make a 3 hour round trip on a work day (non match day) to sort out a hard ticket because they are inept?
And thirdly, no, not all ST holders in the CF stand have been sent an email.... I'm still waiting
This whole thing has been a disaster, and no other business would treat paying customers with such poor basic customer service.

I haven't had any email for mine or my sons season ticket yet for cricketfield stand? I have been on the club website & our 2 tickets are there for the Sunderland game, but NO option to download only allows to forward or sell on the ticket exchange. Should I be worried?

I asked for a season card because of my situation, see above, and was told that “no one” in the Barnfield stand can have a plastic season card as the ticket office do not have the access in tote system for that stand to print them. When I asked them to read the email, which had been sent with my sons season ticket, out loud to me they said it was a generic email, when I then pointed out it was sent to an individual with the individual’s details on they just said “ oh, it’s wrong we can’t issue a plastic card”
Like I said earlier if my ticket is not sorted by the next home match I have to go on a non match day to get a paper ticket.

I received mine, my dad and my son’s tickets yesterday after I called the office to make sure they all came to my email address.
If anyone is worrying ring the office and make sure they have the correct email address on their system.

Phoned up & they have sent the email with the links to download the season tickets, but where are the qr codes for the games? All I have is my seat number & block, will they auto drop before each game in my wallet?

Re: Season tickets Cricket Field Stand
I half understand the non issue of plastic card for the Life on Mars stand. They are obviously trying to stop one cokehead who is not attending passing it to another cokehead, as you would need a phone to gain access. The Club is making it as difficult as possible for supporters in there and it is apparent they do not care. Non plussed really, the whole thing has been a shambles. By the way I am a Cokehead, four cans a day.
