I’ve just checked in the ticket wallet on the app and the ticket for Sunderland says: “your QR code will be available soon” is this what everyone else’s shows?

I have my physical card so it doesn’t matter either way, just curious to understand how it should work.
Mine says the same in the app but like others, I've received my digital card via email.
My physical card arrived last week.

My wife and I have always used a shared email address. We received two emails yesterday, one with my first name, and one with hers. I copied mine into Google Wallet and she did the same on her phone. We now have the same numbered seat in both Google Wallets. What a system!

Hi
Do you know whether if you download your digital season card to your apple/google wallet or Bfc app then does your physical card become unusable for the whole season
I know this happens game per game if you previously downloaded a particular game to your wallet
So is it now download the whole season or none
It was previously useful if you say left your card in your car and it was parked a bit away you could just put that game into your wallet
Then I’m wondering if you’ve downloaded the whole season does it affect the game by game ability to either transfer to friends and family or put on the ticket exchange
I do love the way technology has helped us simplify the process….

Bring back the old season ticket books :D
I’ve still got one from the early 80’s that looks like a raffle ticket book

I would assume you can use either option at any time.
I have this wonderful habit, which drives my son crazy, of forgetting my season card at least once a season and I live in Rossendale, so nipping back home isn't really an option.
Not everyone is keen on the digital idea but it's a great idea for us forgetful b*gg*rs.
I just have to make sure I don't leave my phone at home now.

Leave mine in the car 3 or 4 games a season too, usually parked a distance away

Yes, I’ll contact the club at some point, it never seems straightforward with the ticketing system

Proper season ticket books. Number displayed at the turnstile and you tore the slip out of the book.

My email has arrived this morning and I’ve downloaded it into my Apple Wallet. It looks ok but I’ll probably still use my card and have that as back up.

Has anybody received the email for a child’s season ticket?

3 from 4 of our group have received, just nephews missing.

I’ve checked his email (which has his email confirmation for purchasing the ticket in February) but nothing there

Got mine last night - downloaded to Apple Wallet. I have my season card in my wallet so not sure which I'll end up using - might give the digital one a try tomorrow just for novelty value.

Do miss the old season ticket books with the number displayed on the turnstile though!

I was asking this
If you download your ST digitally does your card still work
Because if you did it game per game last season your card, I believe didn’t work for that game?

You would assume it’s an either/or situation in that you can either use the physical plastic card or the digital one on your phone

Similar to how bank card works

Yes it does -

At the bottom of the letter in red it states - Your season card is valid for one entry and whether you scan your digital card OR your plastic card at each of these games is your choice

As for transferring a ticket for one specific game, we don't
want to be transferring the entire "digital season ticket" as that would really
be like signing away your season. I appreciate that that's no different to giving
someone your "season card" - just more convenient if you live away.

I think I've seen individual tickets for each game on my ticketing page in the app -
non of which were "live" last time I looked. Assume these are the ones to use to
transfer for "one off" games that I can't attend ?

Just checked on the app, and whilst some digital tickets are there,
non are live, including the Sunderland ticket.

If you’ve got the “full” season ticket download to phone wallet, then you don’t need to download the “single” ticket from the app.
You just use the ticket in the wallet just as you would if using a bank card

You would only need to do that if you were forwarding an individual ticket to somebody should you not be able to attend

I’ve now been able to access my nephews and downloaded it to my phone then sent it onto him (he’s only 11 so hasn’t got email on his phone)

He’s then been able to download it into his phone wallet and the copy I have on mine is still there

You’d think you’d only be able to scan once though per game, but knowing our club recently you never know

After the absolute cluster getting into the BLS for the Lazio game, I’ll stick with my card…. But can someone please clarify: if I use my electronic (iPhone wallet) ST, do I receive 5 loyalty points each time I use the electronic ticket?

Cheers

As long as you use your ticket to enter the ground you should receive 5 points.

I was told by the club that you could only download it to one device at a time. You can take it out of your wallet and someone else can then have it in their wallet but only one at a time.

As already alluded to who knows whether that’s correct or not but that was what I was told this week by the club.
