Walker 7- little touches of sheer class and experience , unlucky rebound but fast enough to recover , also throw for goal . The way he handled 2 awkward back passes was masterful .

Strange one to score really as the first half was so bad. Far worse than any of the defensive performances we served up away from home under Kompany. United should have been out of sight.
Second half we showed some real fight but I’m not sure the change of shape did us any favours.

Another very good team performance against a side that cost 4x ours.
Still need to improve ball retention, passing was woeful first half but much better second.
I’d have loved to see Tchaouna out wide running at their LB but SP knows best.
Foster again looking the part is a major bonus, long may it continue.

We were awful in the first half - second half we were good. In fact, we improved immeasurably when Hannibal went off. Some of the high scores for attacking players are baffling when they literally did nothing for half the game…

They came at us 1st half and we looked like we weren’t expecting it. Walker was having a bit of a nightmare, and it should really have been game over at H/T.
2nd half we were much better. Kick in the teeth at the end and no doubt all the pundits will say it’s the right result.

Whether that’s true or not, VAR continues to make the whole thing less thrilling. Not just because it’s us, look at Palace’s and now Fulham’s disallowed goals at Chelsea. Don’t tell me any of those decisions get given at the other end.

I said to my brother on 90 mins that the ref/var would give United a dodgy penalty in the last minute of the game. First half we were totally outrun and out muscled in midfield....playing two central midfielders and two ineffective wide men was a big mistake. Anthony and JBL were a waste of space. Second half we improved and did well to pull two goals back, but a front three of JBL, Anthony and Foster (who had a great game) is nowhere near PL standard. Don’t get me going on Anthony’s shirt pull for their winning penalty, he must be brain dead.

Haven't we lost the set piece coach from last season?
Might be why we suddenly look weaker in those defensive set pieces

If we put a team out playing away against Man U that consisted of 70% of players being abysmal, below par and poor as per your ratings, do you really think we would have scored 2 goals and nearly (and deservedly), came away with a point?

You have Parker coming out lauding the players for their second half performance after being overrun in the first half, mentioning the fight and desire to get back in the game and doing as such, lauding the fans for their support and you pretty much saying we were useless and those that don't agree with you are wrong?
