Celtic signed a winger for £5m. Must have fancied him more than Manny.Clive 1960 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 02, 2025 10:09 amHe was supposed to be going Celtic but for some reason it didn't go through i so online but don't know how reliable it was ..

It was Birmingham or Swansea yesterday and then it looked as if Swansea had gone through - maybe still will but hasn't as yet.Clive 1960 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 02, 2025 10:09 amHe was supposed to be going Celtic but for some reason it didn't go through i so online but don't know how reliable it was ..

Re: ARTICLE: No deadline day move for Benson
Latest from Wales Online this morning:
It's understood the deal was not subject to a 'deal sheet', which suggests it was submitted before the deadline.
However, City are yet to receive official confirmation for the move, and are hoping for clarity in the coming hours.

It isn't good business practice waiting until the last minute of the transfer window for one or both parties to become desperate and see a deal go through.
It seems to be most clubs are guilty of it though.

Have things changed.
I thought it was just a loan, and that the loan window didn't close for a week after the normal window.
If it has changed we need to find him somewhere abroad.
Saudi for a year with a £20 million loan fee would be perfect

Probably like us, 'loan for a £1' and pay up next season.Colburn_Claret wrote: ↑Tue Sep 02, 2025 11:13 amHave things changed.
