Since my age trundled over to 68 earlier, this month I've noticed a lot more pain in my joints and getting in and out of the car has become painful,I'm thinking of giving joint supplements a crack,I know we have a lot of old blokes on here who might be able to help with their experience of pain and supplements any recommendations?
At the moment I'm swithering towards.....
Bettervits
Glucosamine complex with MSM & Tumeric
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Just wondering,
Have you seen your doctor to establish or treat the cause?
Do you take or use any medication, such as antinflammatories or painkillers.

At 70 with two replacement knees My experience of supplements is that they are all useless money wasters.

Nothing more to add really.
