Re: Our ladies team.
Top of the league having won three and drawn one (and the draw was away to Wolves, the 2nd best team in the league)
Re: Our ladies team.
And yet never get a mention on this site, other than from posters on the message board.
The only adult team not to have articles on here, surely someone fancies doing it?

Be the change you want to see in the world! Write an article - I'm sure Tony would publish it.
I've been to watch them when they've played matches at the Turf in recent years. Would love them to do that more often.

Re: Our ladies team.
Narrower win yesterday than I was expecting but it keeps the pressure on at the top. Having drawn to Wolves away this time, we’re in good shape. We’ll be better than all the other teams, bar Wolves, just a case of which one of us will be more consistent.
Re: Our ladies team.
Somebody more knowledgeable would be far better than me.
I dont watch under 18s or under 21s, but can find a report to see how they're doing

Better off starting a uptheclarets women , then people who are interested and want to comment on the ladies team can do, with like minded others.

Re: Our ladies team.
Why does they're need to be two sites?, are they not part of Burnley football club?Barlickclaret wrote: ↑Mon Sep 15, 2025 3:41 pmNobody said it was. It would just simplify which site to go on.

Re: Our ladies team.
Because like you said earlier they never get mentioned on this site. So you could give them the limelight they deserve with there own site.
Re: Our ladies team.
We dont have a separate site for the under 21 team, or under 18 team, so why would we for the women?Barlickclaret wrote: ↑Mon Sep 15, 2025 4:00 pmBecause like you said earlier they never get mentioned on this site. So you could give them the limelight they deserve with there own site.
If nobody is interested, that's fine, but I dont like your suggestion of a separate site, I thought we'd moved on from those days.
Re: Our ladies team.
They have them seperate on the club's official social media pages. Are you saying they're behind the times as well? Why not be just under one official channel & post it all on there then?
Women's games are free on the internet so why don't you just write something up after the weekend's games as a little review. You don't have to be an expert. You'll learn about them all along the way. I'm sure CT has more than enough to do!

Re: Our ladies team.
It was only a suggestion to give the people who are interested a site to go too, it would save them looking though all the posts on here. Because like you said only the odd post comes on about them, not a full article.

The under 21 and under 18 teams have different social media channels, so that point is null and void
I've never suggested CT does any report, just strange that nobody does , but like I said more than once if there's no interest, so be it
What I argued against was the suggestion we needed a separate site, to talk about the women's team. If you fail to see the problem with that, its pointless discussing further.

The ladies have their own X feed and here we are talking about them.
