Missed a stone wall penalty as Edwards was dragged down and overall diabolical decision making

As CTID said, apart from the substitution farce, he had a decent game.

Bit harsh to mark him down for that. It wasnt his fault the 4th offical couldn't work the LED Board

Why didn't he send them off by the shortest route instead of allowing them to saunter along to the half way line?

They never do. The only time that happens is when its the losing team making the sub. The 4th official just couldnt work that board and it gave them a excuse. You could see him saying he'd sorted it when he hadnt. Wasnt the refs fault that

I must be mistaken on the FA rule. I apologise for your superior knowledge as I was lead to believe they'd to leave by the nearest point of the boundary line unless it they were deemed to be unable to due to security/safety.

It was quite deliberate from Cardiff and the ref fell for it.
