My tickets have arrived but we’ve been given seats that we didn’t originally purchase. Completely different block. Can they do that? I purposely waited until Q3 became available as it was nearer the half way line but have been given seats in Q1.

Lad hasn’t received his ticket yet, currently at position 3 in the TO queue. For some reason he doesn’t receive the emails. Went to the TO for the Cardiff game, because same happened.

The lady sent the email again whilst I was there, but he still didn’t receive it. She had to send it to my email address in the end.

Ticket not received for my son, I contacted the ticket office yesterday to be told his clarets number is not set up to an email, that’s strange as when I renew his season ticket I receive an email. Anyway set it up and was advised by the member of staff that I would receive the ticket between 3 and 5pm yesterday. Still no ticket.

Is there anyway of getting hold of anyone to sort this before tomorrow? It does anyone have a spare I could buy? Thanks in advance

When I spoke to them yesterday they said they were open at 9am this morning so might be worth ringing again today.

Maybe need to rethink emailing tickets out 2 or 3 days before the game if its causing so many issues.

Ever since it’s gone digital and gone to Ticketmaster it’s been a total shambles that ticket office

took our details and are saying they will be re-emailed tomorrow at 11am

Why couldn't they be emailed this morning? Its unacceptable that instead of looking forward to the game people are worrying whether or not their tickets are gonna turn up.

Genuinely facing the prospect of setting off, not getting them and the villa just telling us to sling our hook with BFC Ticket office shut given its Sunday

Thing is the upper tier will probably be half empty as well. I know cash turnstiles are a thing of the past but is all this farting around with digital tickets really progress?
I actually thought one advantage was you'd be able to buy right up till kick off, obviously not.
