At the start of the season I predicted we would finish 14th. However, I do think we have the chance to finish a little higher. 10th to 12th would be an incredible achievement!

I believe we will stay in the Premier League this year.

But what will happen when Sean thinks "job done!" and moves on followed by Heaton, Keane, Gray... : (

39 points would be amazing and I hate the word 'amazing'

Living in the South East I know quite a few people who support mainly London teams and the one thing they have in common is that they are all convinced that we will stay up. I'll settle for that.

It's a bit of a false positive with regards to our position at the moment.

See how the next 10 games pan out, with how little we're playing at home.

And whom were playing at home. I agree with a poster above, there looks to be more available to us away, but we need to find out how to take them.

I can see 10 points from here, pessimistically, but believe that would still be enough this season

£2m per place is a huge amount of money for our club considering match day income is around the £6m mark per annum in the premier league.
Simply avoiding relegation is the target for this year, but if we can earn the equivalent of doubling the income of every other source of revenue by finishing mid table, then that would be fantastic.

I want to be in a pub, standing next to Steddyman, if that happens

Thinking the same, makes it a big game today.

The next round of games starting today the teams just above us play Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs, man utd, and Man City twice (wba and leicester)
Southampton have possibly the easier game, boro away - but then finish with man utd at home

As they said on sky last night - to finish 8th is like winning your League, since the top 7 are in a league of their own. If we can do it 'we can sing we are top of our league' against WHU.

A win today is paramount if we are to finish in top 10
