Poor effort by the club this - They're giving fans less to moan about every week and this infuriates me!

They could ask for the whole CF stand if they could sell them.

Having attended the Hereford game with 75,000 others I expected the option of a free pie at half time.bfccrazy wrote:Poor effort by the club this - They're giving fans less to moan about every week and this infuriates me!
IMO this is a massive own goal from the board.

So we have until Monday 23rd 9:00 am to add our usual seat onto our season card?
So in truth about a 4, FOUR hour window tomorrow...

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Ok I'm finding the moaning issue, although I'm guessing this is a moan to TeamCard and not the club, but why is there a cut off 5 days before the game in being able to use the cards?
Surely once you purchase it can just be added to it. If you go into the club shop and purchase some items, the point are available to view straight away

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
That one is answered easily. From 1 p.m. tomorrow your seat is reserved for you. If you login to the online system it will be there in your basket waiting for you to purchase if you choose. Once they reach the cut off, your seat, if not purchased, is released and can be purchased by anyone.wilks_bfc wrote:Ok I'm finding the moaning issue, although I'm guessing this is a moan to TeamCard and not the club, but why is there a cut off 5 days before the game in being able to use the cards?

So I'm assuming the Friends & Family issue has been rectified this time so that people can order them all online then otherwise it could be very busy down at the ticket office on Saturday with those that want their seats

Yes, the friends and family was rectified for the Sunderland game eventually. When you login tomorrow afternoon you will have the option to purchase your own ticket and all those in friends and family.wilks_bfc wrote:So I'm assuming the Friends & Family issue has been rectified this time so that people can order them all online then otherwise it could be very busy down at the ticket office on Saturday with those that want their seats
Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Do you need to create an online account or is it a case of putting in a email adress/clarets number?
Never done it before but can't go down tomorow.

If you go to https://www.burnleyfc.talent-sport.co.uk and then click on Login at the top you will hit a sign on screen. You can sign in with your clarets number and password. I'm not certain but I'm sure the temporary password is your post code (without a space - i.e. BB104BX). That will take you through to register fully.
If you have any problems, ask on this thread.

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Can see it now. Some season ticket holders wont order in time and someone will get 'their seat'. Then when they insist its their seat and rock steady (or whoever they are these days) will ask to see the ticket. When they show their ST rather than paper ticket and it correlates with the other persons paper ticket its going to be pandemonium.ClaretTony wrote:That one is answered easily. They won't get in with their cards though. Someone with a ticket for a seat will therefore rightly be able to sit there.Clarettintedlense wrote:Can see it now. Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
They will gwt in with a paper ticket but then show their season ticket as being their seat.
You sometimes have to think outside of the box Tony.
Stewards need to br briefed that a paper ticket takes perference over a season ticket.
If a door is left open then someone will walk through it,and not always with good intentions.

Thats why i said they will show their ST and not their paper ticket. Im almost certain this will happen. It was chaos on tuesday with paper tickets too.ClaretTony wrote:They won't get in with their cards though. Someone with a ticket for a seat will therefore rightly be able to sit there.
Titsoutforthelads makes a very good point. Thats exactly what they need to do. Know that if such a scenario arose the paper ticket overrides any plastic card.

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
The ticket office could ask fans when buying a ticket "are you able to read" if they answer yes then inform then "so you understood the ticket you have just bought is where you sit" if they yes again then problem solved. For those who answer no just ask them to ask a steward on arrival where their seat is, again problem solved.

Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Let's hope we don't have any fans either turning up but not able to get in, or not turn up at all because they see it as too much hassle.
If we need paper tickets to get in on the night then they should open pop up stalls outside of the stands so people who are rejected at the turnstile don't have to walk all the way back to a crowded ticket office.
I know what you'll say people have been given enough time and information about it but ultimately we need as many through the turnstiles as possible so let's just make it easier for everyone.
Won't affect me as ill buy in advance anyway

Don't get me started on that dom.claretdom wrote:The ticket office could ask fans when buying a ticket "are you able to read" if they answer yes then inform then "so you understood the ticket you have just bought is where you sit" if they yes again then problem solved. The amount of times I see people wondering around aimlessly with a ticket in their hand look confused. It's not that difficult. Letter + number = your seat
It wouldn't help themselves if they used the correct stairs to get to the seats.
On guy the other week walked all along our full row to si 5 seats in of the row 2 in front

That will be the clubs fault as well wilks
Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
People who are not sure where to find their seat need to be in the stadium earlier than just before kick off. I hope the on line system has been sorted out.

I just hope the new system doesn't crash, or it would create bedlam on here, unless there's a plan B in place. Plan B could be go and queue at the ticket office.
Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Only people that attended the Sunderland game on Tuesday should be allowed on against Bristol.
Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Ppfftt why should all the scrubbers get first choice tickets.Diesel wrote:Only people that attended the Sunderland game on Tuesday should be allowed on against Bristol.
It should be those who went on v Hereford first
Those who remember Orient second
Those who have a million points third
Then after they've chosen their preferred seat in the stadium having not queued ( kind of like the away games ) then, and only then should the peasents get a seat. ( and you will sit where we tell you! )

1. Was at the Hereford game
2. Was at the Orient game
3. Nearly got a million points
4. Don't queue for tickets, use the online system.

Tickets bought, I bet it took almost 60 seconds to buy all 8 tickets wanted
Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Its not showing my details in order to allow me to buy my seat. Its just like it was before the Sunderland game.

Have the club confirmed anything about ticket sales for the CFS? Nothing showing online at all for that stand, but presume it is open to allow season ticket holders to reserve their seats
Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
2 booked on line must have took all of 20 seconds
Re: Burnley v Bristol City – Cup Ticket Information
Advice needed. Has anyone bought tickets on line for Bristol C game in Bob Lord block 3. It's showing non available as it's in the Grey area?. I've tried unsuccessfuly on line and I can't work out how to get them. I'm ready to ring up for the tickets but don't want to pay for something when I can get it for free online.

Possibly any non-season ticket holder seats have been sold - same in blocks 4,5,6 in Longside Upper
