Re: Liverpool v Swansea
Before we embark on that critical run of six points we have home game vs Leicester. Win that one and we can afford to draw those six pointers and probably be safe.

Im the eternal optimist and very positive. But i dont want to think we are safe yet. In each of our promotion seasons i felt we would blow it and each of our prem seasons thought we would walk survival.3putt wrote:Clarettintedlense, love your turf moor pics, but not so much your confidence (lack off) about our chances of survival!several comments on here from fans suggesting that the positive ones among us need a reality check. Guess it's down to the old half full or half empty view.
Reminds of the threads around this time last year arguing whether we would be promoted or not, some believing very early that it was going to happen, others arguing against it until it was a mathematical certainty.
I'm pleased to say that I was in the positive camp, backing us in January to be promoted as champions at still generous odds.
This time I am equally confident that we are going to survive. 36 or 37 points will do it. I reckon we'll finish on 40 plus!

Liverpool let us and themselves down today!
Fortunately, a woeful Everton side scraped home against a crap Palace side without Zaha and Middlesbrough did their bit to keep us happy!
Oh nearly forgot....Blunderland don't like winter!
