The penalty was given before th 7 minutes injury time was up. So even leaving aside any extra time for the shenanigans with our penalty and Wenger's sending off, the ref was right to extend play to let them take it.

To be fair I felt there should have been at least 8 minutes. I have no issues therefore about the time, just the fact that again the goal was offside.
