The Gooners must be using some form of stealth technology for Laurent Dingbat. Both home and away he's been involved in injury time winners and both times offside. Seriously gutted as we did enough for a point 2nd half.
One seriously upset Claret

Technology, thats the word.
Robbed of 2 points v Arsenal now, how costly might that prove at the end of the season. Mind you the "big boys" prefer it like it is

The "powers that be" need arsenal, utd, chelski etc to qualify for europe. Viewers "want" the big players in the comp.
It's the only explanation I can come up with for successive poor decisions

Because it was the Emirates and would have meant that the Gooners didn't get a chance to win the game over us Northern upstarts.

Surely it would have been easier for corrupt officials to just not award us a penalty.

It's sometimes difficult to argue about games being "rigged".

It's gutting, but it's nothing more than incompetence. To argue for rigging then Ben Mee would have to be somehow complicit.

Ben Mee had nothing to do with offside not being given . This is twice now that goals that very clearly should not have been allowed have given Arsenal wins against us.

Incompetence? Perhaps, but it's amazing how often this incompetence favours the top sides.

Yes, but the offside not being given wouldn't in all likelihood have led to a goal in its own right. It was a very tight angle and the best that Arsenal could have hoped for would be a header back into the middle. If they were going to rig it then far better to have someone stood offside in a good goalscoring position.

With all these crooked officials orchestrating result-changing decisions in order to keep the big teams in the top 4, it's really bizarre how they managed to let Leicester win the league last season.

All to throw you off the scent! Throw in a shock every 20 years and it proves nothing is rigged

I'm sorry, but we've been genuinely robbed twice against Arsenal, and I still believe we were robbed at West Ham.

He wasn't offside at home.

I'm not disputing that, but it doesn't mean anything I'd 'rigged'. There's no real mystery to why the top teams seem to get more decisions, it's because they get into the positions where decisions are more likely to be needed we didn't have the opportunity for any disputed offsidestofay because we rarely got into positions where offside decisions were needed.

I do think we bring a lot of the problems on ourselves.
But TV demands the spectacular, and TV runs football. I'm sick of this and I do believe there is a bias towards the top sides.

Why would a professional assistant referee purposely make an incorrect decision? It was poor officiating, nothing more, nothing less. It doesn't make it any easier to take but conspiracy theories about corrupt officiating are bonkers.

Influenced by the pressure late on?
OKay, that's just incompetence.....probably.
