Kodi - Sportsmania error

Hi,

Trying to watch the Liverpool v Southampton game now on Sportsmania but when clicking the file it loads for about 30-40 seconds then a little message appears saying:

"Sportsmania error - Check User Log"

Is anyone else having/had this problem if so how do I fix it? Checked Google and followed some instructions but no good unfortunately.

Try resetting device and router.

Go on the match day daily updates section and use the 2nd link. It's a cracking HD picture

I've just been fiddling with my box (shut up you dirty bastards) trying to fix this too.

Game Zone Section (2 headings below maintenance tools) click on that. It's the 2nd of the two links (game Zone 5)

Unfortunately it is not the one link I am trying not working but can't get on to Sportsmania at all to try different links

Been having problems for weeks with it.
I found updating it or un- installing it works fine

I'm back in, was watching an awful stream buffering every 10 seconds and couldn't stand so re-clicked Sportsmania and now loaded up,

Is it often it goes down like that for a while? Not really a problem tonight but if say it happened in last 10 minutes of a Burnley game when we're pushing for an equaliser/winner I'd be fuming.

Mine is just going really slowly, and I often have this problem with anything other than 3pm kick offs for EPL.

I have 100MB internet, connecting it via Ethernet too. And when I stream movies etc it's fine, full HD no problems.

I've turned Hardware Acceleration off too. Dunno what else to do.

Have you tried this CandJ or is this what you mean by altering hardware acceleration?

Just checked and it's back up for me.

I did clear my Cache first which may be relevant, or not.

Thansk Burnmark, tried that and it's still going slow. It's almost like watching it in slow motion. It's weird because it doesn't do this on the main EPL streams even on HD they run smooth.

I honestly think it's a hardware thing, and my box is just crap for performance.

There are usually a multitude of links available for each game when using sportsmania, it's a case of if one goes down try another one. Also try turning off your router and disconnecting all the wires for around 10 minutes prior to k\o. Also if you have a kodi/android box you need to keep up with using whichever build you use maintenance tools. Clear the cache and delete packages (I do this on all my devices on a weekly basis) and you will find it usually eliminates buffering. Also do a speed test on your ISP. At peak times it could throttle your download speeds,which in turn could cause a HD stream to become unplayable (it might mean having to drop to a SD steam to make it work)

I've had sportsmania since mid July and can say that the only time I've ever had an issue was for the Anthony Joshua fight,but this was recognised by the sportsmania team as being unacceptable and everyone was given an extra months subscription for free

I have boxes purchased from entertainmentbox.com in the shape of two T4 boxes and one T3 box. They come in at around the £85- £100 mark depending on if there is a deal on, but the little bit of extra cash spent is well worth it imho

I have sports and movies for 12 months at half price , bargain . Mind you , my internet speed is only 2.5 - 3.0 mbps so streaming isn't much use to me.

My box went down a couple of weeks ago and not got round to clearing and re uploading yet. I think the hardware gets hacked by the powers that be now and again. ( same thing happened to a firestick a year or so ago)

I log in via my phone ( matrix tv) and then AirPlay it to tv at the mo and it's fine so logic says it's not sportsmania themselves

Tonight's drop out in service was due to new Hardwear being installed today and an error in configuration of the new Hardwear meant that something was was not correctly set up. That has now been rectified
