He's needs a reason to bring in his own Enabling Act so i wouldn't be too surprised if a terrorist attack happened before too long. He needs his Reichstag fire. Unless he's going for a Gulf of Tolkin Incident style of reason to do something, like making up an attack on a US naval vessel again. He'll have to do better than this though.
