Well done BFC
Well done BFC
Seem to be making a little boy happy after he thought his dreams and Christmas present were in tatters.

Good gesture and not surprising, considering we support a great club.

Re: Well done BFC
Well done Burnley. Hope the lad has a good day out now and maybe gets to meet him.
Re: Well done BFC
If a club representive is meeting the lad and his dad before the match, I will offer to pay for a Burnley shirt with Brady and his number on it, to give him. Unless the club plan to do that anyway.
The lad can then join the growing band of supporters, many who are friends of mine, from across the sea. All it needs is someone to get back in touch with me to confirm they want to take up my offer.

Well done everybody, but....
What sort of person contacts the media about this. Why not just cancel the Norwich arrangements and make them for Burnley themselves??? I don't know their circumstances but I'm guessing there are more worthy causes for the club to help.
Signed, miserable git.

Best that the club check with SD that he intends playing Brady on the day before making arrangements!

Re: Well done BFC
I would've thought that today he will get some game time, then after that, he will be a starter, so I don't think that's a worry. Unless you just missed one of theseNo Ney Never wrote:Best that the club check with SD that he intends playing Brady on the day before making arrangements!

Re: Well done BFC
Or they organise flights, hotel rooms etc and he gets sent off the game before they travel or even worse injured!

Holiday Inn Express have offered to help so there should be free accommodation for them.

Pity we don't still have Lee Hoos.
He'd have told the buggers to do one.
Sharpish.

He would have needed to put a kidney down at Burnley general, as a retainer to make sure he came back next season!fatboy47 wrote:Pity we don't still have Lee Hoos.

Per Tony's note let's ensure The Holiday Inn get the credit they deserve too. I absolutely love it when the nurturing instinct in people simply make things happen
