You're on about his emails aren't you?
It is amusing to watch his PR team trying to claim they've been altered.

A bit like spilling your rogan josh down your best white shirt, you wash it 4 times but that last bit of stain just won't go:)Sidney1st wrote:You're on about his emails aren't you?

Re: Arise sir David!
Just been watching a programme on tv that's mentioned this again. If you read 'Sir' (sorry had to get that in) Alex Ferguson's book, Beckham loved the limelight... more than his football. That's apparently why they fell out and he moved to Real. Because football was always secondary to Beckham. His priority was being known. In my view I think it's quite clear that he's done all of his charity work, just for this.
Some people are fake, and I really do think he's one of them.

Nothing against DB, but someone said this week on TV, it's like "he's seeking it" rather than waiting for it to come as a surprise.

Always thought he was a prized cock, since he has retired he's pretty much proved me right. All this "charity" work that these celebs do is just for show.

As DB went on to win further titles at Real Madrid, AC Milan, PSG and LA Galaxy at a good age there can be no doubt he looked after himself and put football first.FactualFrank wrote:Just been watching a programme on tv that's mentioned this again. Smells of Fergie being "controversial" to sell a book.
Thought he'd sold him for babysitting whilst Posh went shopping?

As long as someone less fortunate than ourselves benefits, I am not too fussed as to a persons
perceived public persona.
Although he is a cock !

If that d!ckhead gets a knighthood, then society in general is going to h3ll in a handcart. He's made many millions from being a one trick (footballing) pony being married to an airhead that can't sing. F*cking outrageous.

It's when a celebrity dies and then you find out that they've been secretly giving to charity, that's when you know they were genuine.

Re: Arise sir David!
The people I know who actually know him do seem to like him and say he is a great bloke.
Personally, I can't stand his over-marketed and over-hyped image. Was a good footballer. Certainly not this super hero of whom people speak.

Puts football second.......Plays with Raul, Zidane, Figo, Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos. Not bad eh?
