The wedding speech forfeit on Impractical Jokers was absolutely hilarious.

Indeed. Have you noticed that the audience only seems to laugh when the main character uses the f word?ElectroClaret wrote:Mrs Browns Boys is about as funny as toothache.

Donald Glover's 'Atlanta' is a work of genius. I'd highly recommend it. It's not laugh out loud comedy, but it's far more subtle and far smarter than most comedy out there. It's the best comedy series I've watched in years. IIRC, his producers have given him a HBO-style 'do what you want' contract on the back of just one season of Atlanta.

mrs browns boys and impractical jokers ? Mmmmm, let me just allow those titles to sink in.
Vaccuous ****, the impractical jokers would die instantly if I had any say in the matter. Tiresome , irritating bores.
Browns boys is a programme for half wits.... in my opinion .

You overuse the word vacuous. Find another adjective.
Come to think, is there anything in life which brings you joy? You come across as the sort of person who would benefit greatly from jumping off the planet. I utterly detest Mrs.BB, but I'm able to refrain from belittling those who enjoy watching it.

Peep Show.
Phoenix Nights
Panel shows always depend on who's on - anything with Ross Noble, Tony Law, Bob Mortimer works for me - but would I Lie to You works well because Mack and Mitchell work so well together.

You one of those 'I crave the last word' folks? I'm happy to cede the final word in this **** argument on the proviso that you accept that you have the fervour and zeal of a fascist.
You literally said people should die for making a comedy show you dislike. You can f.uck right off and reconsider what you're actually doing when you submit a post on this forum because it seems to me like you're using your perceived 'enlightenment' on UpTheClarets as an emotional crutch. That ain't even a projection, pal, because I'm self-aware enough to know that I act like a knob on here from time to time, but I also know that I'm above nobody, and nobody is beneath me.

. can only remember laughing out loud at The Invetweeners, Only Fools and Horses and The Simpsons.
Edit - he remembers laughing out loud at Jackass (though it might have been part of one of the films they brought out - when someone released a giant hand that hit someone carrying a tray of drinks).

Re: Which TV programmes make you laugh out loud?
I've been known to laugh out loud on numerous occasions over the years, starting with Charlie Drake on black and white TV when I was about 9.
At the mo I'm laughing out loud at Tom Wrigglesworth on Radio 4 (that's not TV). Very, very funny.

Re: Which TV programmes make you laugh out loud?
I've been watching Impractical Jokers for a few years now. Pretty much since it first started airing on Comedy Central. There's been 2 UK versions, but both just didn't seem to do it for me. The main American one though can be hilarious in parts, it just depends on the scene.
One of the funniest is when Murr had his tongue anaesthetised. So funny.

I'm Alan Partridge - comedy gold.
The Inbetweeners - schoolboy humour but still funny.
There are plenty comedy programmes that provide the a odd bit of humour, but not many that really make you laugh out loud.
Mrs Brown's boys is one hat I just find irritating and don't get. I have to turn it off.

Call me a bit predicable, but nothing is as funny as Fawlty Towers. Just hilarious, it never ages.
''Well may I ask what you expected to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically across the plain..."
oh, and any interview with wenger, Karanker or coyle.
