DD Renewal letters

Post by Eddiebfc » Sat Feb 11, 2017 9:23 am

Just had my DD renewal letters from the club and my 6 year olds refers to the full adult price. Will pop into club today but was wondering if anyone else has similar problem and it's the letters that are wrong? UTC

Mine have arrived today too.
Adult price correct and U22 price correct.
Correct seats too.
I did e-mail and asked if I can get a third one, with 3 seats together.
However, that question seems to have caused a great deal of confusion.
It's now nearly a week since I asked the question.

Hi are you meant to get a separate letter if you have kids that have season tickets? There is no mention on them on my letter.

Just had my DD renewal letters delivered Eddie - appears I have the same problem with my son being quoted the full Adult price .

My basket is loaded with all adult tickets (for renewal) but should include 2x U18. Plenty of time to sort it but should be much simpler.

UTC!

Letter received gleefully stating 'You don't need to do anything!'

Well I do, because as others have said, the price category is wrong on my 8 year olds ticket.

The club are aware of the problem and are dealing with it.

Just to put minds at rest - it's the letters that are incorrect, and nothing else, so if you have received one for a child that is showing adult price, the payments that will be taken out will not be the ones as shown on the letter. I'm told that all who have been sent incorrect letters will be receiving a correct replacement letter.

My 8 year old has been charged full adult price as well
Could this be a problem/mistake with tickets for JHU?

See post 15 above - he hasn't been charged full adult price, it is the letter that is wrong.

I'm told not many - but thankfully it was only the letters and the club have reacted quickly to it being highlighted on this board today which I think is a real positive.

It's hardly "unbelievable" is it ! It's an admin error , simple as that, and from CTs comments it has no real impact.

Got mine through today as well as letters for the two kids. All correct but we need to change seats so it looks like I need to cancel the DD on this letter and buy again when they go on sale

See my post above - there is absolutely no need to contact the club, the error is on the letter only.

I wonder if other clubs make so many mistakes when it comes to anything to do with tickets.

The club have reacted very quickly to the mistake. Well done to them. I have to say it's a great system not having to do anything with the DD renewal.

Bit annoying they have realised the mistake so soon. I was banking on my son being charged full adult price then I could have really had a moan!

A quick question. When do you actually become a senior for season ticket renewal? I'm assuming 65 years pf age??
