Mine worked, I was a bit surprised by how many points I had though, but I haven't raised the query with the club incase they lower it

If i click on loyalty points, it gives me 2 options - view loyalty points and loyalty points explained.
Then I click the view points and all fixtures come up with a small i at the end clicking on that shows seat purchases for that fixture

Re: Purchase history on the ticket purchase site
I have had the same issue over the last few months - no purchase history.
I have just logged in now, and strangely - all of my purchase history is now showing!

Re: Purchase history on the ticket purchase site
I haven't been online for a while now and have, unfortunately forgotten my password.
So, I went on the site, entered my email address and my clarets number, as
requested, and selected "forgotten your password" to receive an e-mail
containing my password.
The boxes then went red and stated that my password was incorrect, despite not
having entered it and availing myself of the facility to receive a reminder.
Not good.
In contrast, I have been on Wigan Warriors site and ordered two tickets for the
game on Sunday without any problem whatsoever.

Re: Purchase history on the ticket purchase site
I find that the ticket website is different depending what device you're using. Differing screens and even menus. So try a different browser or device.

I must admit I went to renew my season ticket today. It didn't half take some finding. Any serious business would be bending over backwards to take your money. Not BFC.
Unless it is deliberate as I could easily find the links for the direct debit.
