It's time to get shut of the dummy (not you Sidney ) as she's getting to old for it.

Nice cardy though, as well as the hat.

Negotiations are currently underway to 'lose' the dummy, but as expected these can be protracted.

Luckily he hasn't inherited the jowls yet I've had the misfortune of inheriting them from my dad as I got older!

I'm currently making efforts to get rid of those, cycling 7 miles a day at present, but I'm about to increase that to approx 10 miles and I've committed to a 5k run in October when I've shed a bit of timber.

It doesn't sound a lot re the cycling, but I went from doing no exercise to that amount straight away.........that hurt a lot.
