No doubt it will be the staff who are responsible for the shambles on the pitch who are at risk.

I wonder if the person who sanctioned the signing of the defender from Chelsea is at risk of losing their job?

Surely they need the off the pitch staff. Sack a couple of the big earners

In a normal workplace you'd think that was a good option, but when they've paid millions for players it's probably a little bit more difficult.

I saw David Moyes in a pub near Preston on Sunday. Must say he looked happier eating his roast beef than he does when he's watching his team.

Most Vegetarians would be happier eating a steak than being forced to watch Sunderland under Moyes.

This news has gone down really well among the local populace, particularly as the squad has just had a four day 'team bonding' trip to New York.
