They've clearly taken the idea from on here. I get paid for reporting every stupid post on this messageboard.

I've made a fortune so far!

Why should dog owners beware? Responsible ones will always pick up after their dog,

The only negative I see is that the payout is to low.

One way to remove the problem altogether, is get rid of all the dogs.

Or put a big tax on dog food and products. Pays for all the poo bins then, and the people who have to empty them.

Also I know some try and pick it up, but they don't get it all, and what if the dogs have the sh1ts like 99% of the time?
The owners don't walk round with hot soapy water do they? Its just spread across the pavements.

Its damn right disgusting.

Oh and your house stinks btw!

This issue made national headlines years ago when Burnley Council banned dogs from some parks.

Apart from mess the major concern was dog worms. They have an internal parasitic worm whose eggs come out in dog's faeces. These eggs remain dormant in the soil for many years and can be picked up on skin by adults and children. In adults we normally get just flue like symptoms and that's it. For children the eggs can block the blood supply to their optic nerve and they can therefore lose sight in that eye. It happened. And it's still happening:

About time. One of the things that really winds me up is lazy gits who have a dog yet can't be respectful and pick it up. Especially around play areas for children, tossers.

It's disgusting behaviour.

That's a paltry sum. Liverpool Council are offering a year off paying council tax for anyone shopping dog poo offenders. Although, I wonder how many of the locals pay the tax anyway

I feed my dog proper food, they don't have the shits 99% of the time,I always pic their turds up and take them home( I don't hang the bag from the nearest branch available, wtf is that all about, worse than leaving it for someone to stand in).. And my house certainly dosent stink.

I'll take my chances thanks. If someone's watching I'll just pretend to pick it up.

Don't get me started on horses!

My lane is covered in the stuff, splashes every where when people drive through it.

Someone needs to invent a bag that collects it, then they can empty said bag when back at the stables/fields.

Remember back in the 70's getting a summer job with the parks department mowing grass verges. I used to come home every day covered in dog **** up to the knees from all the turds being churned out by the mowers. Then a great couple of months down on stoneyholme bowling greens with Bill Greenwood, real old character. Happy days

Reminds me of when I was in Spain? In Seville,Cordoba and Granada, they ran tours of the cities in a horse drawn carriage, whenever the horses were ready to schite ,the guy would jump off the seat and shove a large bag under the horses @rse to catch the Schite in..

He told me it was illegal to leave horse Shchite on the floor in the cities.lol
