In the North West Film Archive there's a film by Burnley film-maker Sam Hanna about the Burnley School of Nursing in the early 60s. However, from 30 mins, there's some more general stuff, including the above footage and general shots of Burnley in 1962 and 1963

He used to live on Prestwich St,Burnley,blue plaque outside his house.

The footage inside the Turf is actually Sam Hanna reusing his Burnley v Man United footage from the late 50s.
