Writing Out A Thread Reply And Losing It

Post by Longside4evr » Tue Feb 28, 2017 9:34 am

Very annoying thing that keeps happening, you go through the effort to write on a topic then when i click the Full Edit & Preview after being signed in, it takes me to the sign in page and the all typo goes into the Bermuda Triangle
Has it happened to anyone else ?
I am going to copy it in future before i click the edit & preview page

usually I'll sign in, write the post and go to 'post'-then I'm asked to log in again. At this point I press back and copy, sign back in again and the paste. Very annoying

This sometimes happens to me...I sort of get the impression that I have been 'timed out' particularly if I have spent a bit too long writing a long post.

If I think that I may lose a [long] post this way then I cut and paste it before sending, just in case...always works..

Once happened to me after writing out what must have been near a 1000 worder during the peak of Brexit fever on here, was totally devastated.

1000 words? I feel I've done well with anything past 20.

When I saw the thread title I thought it must be aimed at Imploding Turtle.
