Team info for trip towards the sheep....

Post by bfccrazy » Fri Mar 03, 2017 5:35 pm

Pretty standard and expected.

Heaton
Lowton Keane Mee Ward
Boyd Barton Hendrick Brady
Vokes Gray

Hopefully Brady can be a bit more involved in open play as I have thought some of the balls he does play in would suit Vokes to a tee with his runs accross the defenders and glacing efforts.

Their midield always have a chance of creating something from nothing though and will be a big game for Barton to mix it up.

If we turn up and play how we can to nulify teams we should break them down and have a comfortable game but there will be phases where we are really under the kosh and hopefully wont panic.

I'll go for another shout to getting our first away win of the season..... 3-1 with a Vokes header from Bradys assist at some point.

If I have a spare couple of quid and I pass a bookies tomorrow I'm going Vokes first goal, ( with him being a massive Swansea fan ) 3-1 score, and Vokes and 3-1 double.

If Brady can put in the balls he did last week regularly then I can see Vokes thriving off those deliveries.

Hopefully could be the start of a very formidible duo there if they click. He seemed to keep whipping in those crosses that bring the best out of Vokes but not many others.

Vokes first scorer & Burnley win 3-1 = 220/1

Was Vokes cheating on Swansea last week supporting Southampton at the cup final?

I can't remember Sam get a single header from a cross from the left.
Not blaming him for this but what went before Brady. Hoping they get off the mark tomorrow in our 0-2 win.

I think I was watching a different game to you, as Brady's delivery was woeful bar the corner.

He whipped accross a couple of balls in that beat our front men but were the sort of balls Vokes has clipped accross a keeper in the past.

I don't know, you tell me. He may have several teams he supports. On the other Team selection thread, he is rumoured to be a Cardiff fan too.

He was Photographed at the final and semi-final of the League cup in the Southampton end.

Diesel says he''s a Cardiff fan.
( but doesn't he not have a Swan on the top of his shoulder? )

I think he was just at Anfield probably watching Ings or something.

I wouldn't read to much of a player being at Wembley ( if he actuslly was )

When we were playing Southampton in the FA Cup (4-3 defeat) a lot was made of Ingsy and Vokes both being big Southampton fans.

I know you're on a wind up now quoting Diesel haha
