I would imagine it's a warrant with bail given its a non inprisonable offence and he was represented at Court by his lawyer. His lawyer will probably make arrangements for him to surrender to it at Court.

I saw a baby being carried in the wire basket on the front of a moped a few years ago.

Ha ha- the most I've seen on a motor cycle in India is six- five schoolgirls and one adult driver.

Yes, this was in Greece. I've also seen dogs in foot wells, and four or five people on one. Saw a bloke carrying some ladders once, sideways.

Unbelievable attitude from both parties. As said above, I think he needs a better lawyer, or
at least one that doesn't lie through his back teeth.

Do you reckon BFC were aware of this and so didn't pursue too vigorously at the end ?
