Might explain his wayward kicking in recent weeks, wonder if his calf is playing up again

Tom is at MC Sports in Skipton today meeting fans, signing autographs etc. It has been planned and advertised for some time. Unless he had a premonition he was going to be injured it seems unlikely that an injury is the reason for his absence from training.

He's filling in for Barnes, that's his 6th best position, sadly goal keeper is his 8th, so Tarks gets the nod.

Thought it was gonna be. I posted that as soon as they mentioned Heaton presuming there was some press thing going on but it was just a short interview with him about England

Was that after he jumped up and kicked the goalpost? He almost had that penalty kick but I did wonder at what happened after that! Legend.

Definitely wincing and limping a bit after taking goal kicks in the first half against Hull.

Who's our keeper on the bench?

Also saw in today's Sun that Michael Keane is doubtful

Robinson played well against Man City so he's a very good keeper in reserve.

I saw the popemobile earlier, which made me think Heaton might be out.

Pope is surely a better shot-stopper then a 37 year old!

Not sure whether Robinson could have done any better for the three goals but he was beaten far more often than Heaton ever is and was saved by the woodwork three times and a man on the line on two occasions. Shows how important a player Heaton is for us.
