He's clearly very good in dead ball situations, but he's really, really struggled in open play so far. He just seems miles off the pace.
It's early days. He's only played three games and he will take time to adapt. I certainly wouldn't write him off yet. We just might have to wait until next season before we see the best of him.

Re: Brady
Obviously we aren't safe yet and we hope to get the necessary points to have another season but we have far bigger issues in the team for next season than Robbie Brady, i am confident he will come good as will JBG when fully fit.

Re: Brady
We've recently come up against 3 wingers who we've been linked to in recent weeks Narsingh yesterday, Grosiki and Niang at Watford, all 3 impressed me more than what Brady has so far, on another note Boyd was gash yesterday, one time in the first half e had a chance to take the full back on and instead turned back and passed it 40 yards backwards. It's like our wideman have been coached to defend so much that they've forgotten how to take a man on and attack.

Re: Brady
Give the lad a break. He's either in the middle of househunting, living in a hotel or travelling effing miles. Let him get his life sorted, concentrate on his football and then give him an UTC kicking.
BTW he was dire yesterday. All that's already been written and he ducked a couple of challenges.
He will come good.

Re: Brady
Can't really compare him directly with either Narsingh or Grosicki as he's asked to do a different job. We play a different way. My guess is they have greater licence to focus on the attacking aspects of their game. Our style isn't like that. Despite the fact that both Swansea and Hull have improved greatly of late their respective goal differences are still both more than minus 20, compared to our minus 10
The goal he scored against Chelsea secured a vital point and extended our unbeaten hoe run
As for signing players who've previously been relegated - Leroy Fer (twice) looked decent yesterday.
Far too early for some of dismissive statements made on this thread.
