Its been a rubbish match really apart from the odd spell.
No doubt when Pep spends £100 million plus in the summer they'll finely have some players capable of playing decent passing football.

Whilst I still think we'll be involved in the fight come the end of the season, they're the only team in the Premier League who you would say are near certainties.taio wrote:Surely they're can't avoid relegation.

Re: Sunderland v Citea
One of the worst City performances of the season and they are comfortable. We gave City two much tougher games. We can win at Sunderland if we are well up for it
Re: Sunderland v Citea
If you think that you should put a sizeable wager on us being relegated - you'll get big odds at about 20/1.FactualFrank wrote:Whilst I still think we'll be involved in the fight come the end of the season, they're the only team in the Premier League who you would say are near certainties.

Re: Sunderland v Citea
Funny you should say that, as I've just been considering it. I'd of course want to lose, but it's not a bad cushion if it did happen.taio wrote:If you think that you should put a sizeable wager on us being relegated - you'll get big odds at about 20/1.
Re: Sunderland v Citea
I think you should given you're convined we'll be there or therabouts. Like you said it wouldn't mean you'd want it to happen but a grand or two would cushion the blow a bit.

I like how the fans keep turning up so that they can be seen to leave early.

Re: Sunderland v Citea
I did the same last season. I put a large bet on us not going up. I'd have won around £2000 had we not gone up, but like you understand, it's purely to soften the blow. I do believe though that if we stay up this season we'll stay up for many years to come - so of course, hope I lose!taio wrote:I think you should given you're convined we'll be there or therabouts. And do you think we will stop up this season?FactualFrank wrote:I did the same last season. I put a large bet on us not going up. Re: Sunderland v Citea
Im certainly more confident about us staying up this season than for many years to come if we do.

Re: Sunderland v Citea
Thought Sunderland came out of the blocks well and we need to be ready for that, after the first 20 they were shocking though

We've probably got enough points now.
Not the slightest chance of us being relegated.

If I had to put my life on a yes/no decision, yes I do think we'll stay up. But I don't think it will be by the 9 point cushion we currently have.Spijed wrote:And do you think we will stop up this season?
