Post by Mala591 » Mon Mar 06, 2017 10:28 am

Monday - Lowton, Boyd, Ward, Brady and Arfield to practice pinpoint crosses
Tuesday - same as Monday
Wednesday - same as Tuesday
Thursday - same as Wednesday
Friday - same as Thursday

The only flaw with that is that you need to put something like this into the schedule for Saturday:-

Saturday - put into practice what you learnt Monday to Friday.

I'd prefer it if they put it into action on Sunday to be honest.

Get them blindfolded and tell em to start picking a team mate out with a shout of the voice
Can't do any worse as when they can see
This way would improve it ten fold

I can't remember Arfield or Boyd putting a decent cross in since they have been here. Maybe Lowton had a few when he first came into the side? Ward probably one about 6 games.
It frustrates me as that's how I like my football to be played but we have to accept Dyche doesn't like it that way.

The strange thing is we have scored more goals than I thought playing this way but concede far too many crosses into the box than we should.

Clearly far too oblique for some people.

I think an on form Defour would be very useful for our next game.

Wow, I'd not realised we were so bad. Meltdown on this board this weekend or the one after ?

We haven't 'done' crosses since Tripper left
