We're without JGB and Defour so let's hope Brady finds his touch again after a couple questionable performances, another Hendrick wonder goal wouldn't go amiss either!
I could see us getting something from this with a typically stubborn Burnley performance, catching them on the break and hoping our attacking outlets bring out their A game.
I will be disappointed If we don't score given Liverpool's defense has been suspect all season.
Liverpool are missing a few key players with Sturridge and Henderson both ruled out but more importantly Roberto Firmino who has been playing furthest forward in the false 9 role a slight doubt and facing a late fitness test after not training all week.
If he's out Divok Origi would likely lead the line which would be a much more favorable outcome as he's looked off the pace and out of form for a while now.
In the 3-1 win v Arsenal Firmino and Mane assisted each other's goals so hopefully removing one will dry up their overall threat a little. That said discount Mane and Coutinho's individual skills at your peril with the later having an eye for long range shots.

We will get more than the odd chance but we have GOT to take them.

In a chance not hell's cat.

Simple. Nothing expected of Burnley. Keep it at nil nil for as long as possible and let pressure build on Liverpool and then nick one so close to the end that Liverpool can't come back. Copyright Lincoln City 2017
