Re: ARTICLE: We are still learning and developing
i realise this might upset a few on here but, personally, i am sick of hearing about us 'still learning'. we've had 3 seasons in the top league and we've seen countless games on TV and millions of commentaries from this league. just how long do we continue to use this worn-out excuse for poor results? we, surely, should have learned by now! there have been many, many comments on here alone highlighting our deficiences eg strengthening our midfield, closing games out etc. the England cricket team used this lame excuse for years [after losing matches]. just what is so difficult about the game that we have to endure years of excuses like this? is there really anything else to learn? maybe the issue is more about the application of what we have already learned rather than the learning itself?
