Sunderland, Spurs, Stoke; one win, one draw one loss

Post by TonbridgeClaret » Mon Mar 13, 2017 6:37 pm

I'd be happy with one win, one draw and one defeat in the next three games, just can't make my mind up which game will be which. I would be content with a draw at Sunderland, I could then accept a defeat at home to Spurs as long as we beat Stoke the following Tuesday.

Id take 3 pts. If I could choose one to win it would definitely be Sunderland

I want to win them all just to shut up the tiresome, faint hearted nailbiters on here.

There isn't the slightest chance of us going down.

Sunderland are down. Beat Stoke and we might finish above them!

4 points would be immense if it there was 3 against Sunderland in there.

9 point realistic. We need to attack Sunderland from the off and put them to the sword.I like the Mackems great supporters but if it's us or them it's no contest.
Spuds are beatable at the Turf especially without Kane.Stoke will try to kick us off the park so we need something thats been lacking in lots of our games,a decent ref. 40 points before Easter UTC

We had a similar thread at the start of the 4 away games, I said then our form suggested we would get a point. I am hoping for 3 against the Mackems or we are very close to being drawn in.This Sat is a massive game for us, lose and face a very good spurs side that I think will beat us.
Just hoping the lads can put on another display like Sun and get us 3 points.

5 points is very realistic if not 7.
3 pts Sunderland.
1 pt Spurs.
1 / 3 pts Stoke.
However it comes about, be it conceding a late goal to only draw, score a late goal to salvage a point, I'm not bothered. It's points on the board that matters to me, not how we get them. A minimum 17th place finish and survival is all that I care about this season, it's the target I had at the beginning of the season and anything else is a financial bonus to add to the pot.

I'd snap your hand off for 4 points from the next three. That would put us on 35 points and 10 clear of Palace in 17th and 11 clear of Hull in 18th currently. Games are running out so we'd soon find ourselves safe!
