Pogba
...so having watched him so many times this season...
Is he actually going to grade out as any good in this league? Woeful tonight. Doesn't seem to have a football brain at all. Lots of nice touches ....but looks awfully clumsy at times too.
Big players have big games in big games.

Re: Pogba
I consider that he is the biggest waste of money in world football. Reportedly on
£290,000 per week - absolutely extraordinary.

Re: Pogba
And people questioned Fergies decision not to blood him when he was even less developed.
Good player but believes the hype without appearing to want to put the work in. Compare him with Zlatan. Impossible. Zlatan is ten times the player he ever will be.

Re: Pogba
At his best £25m. Most of the time £15m. Juventus must be wetting themselves to get £80m for him.

Re: Pogba
He was the cause of tonight's Chelsea goal..strolling around instead of getting close and closing down...really poor that bearing in mind who he plays for, and what they are paying him.
He should come off every match dripping with sweat.

Re: Pogba
Good player at best, but nowt special. Grossly inflated transfer fee.
He'll be packed off back to Italy soon.

Re: Pogba
It took Ozil a couple of years to bed in and he had been around at the top level for longer then Pogba.
I'd find it amusing if he flopped, but I suspect next season there will an improvement in him.

Re: Pogba
He is still a decent player but Juventus clearly had Jose's pants down when he went for that price.
Re: Pogba
United paid about 30-40m too much for him.
Yes, he's a good player and has shown flashes of what he can do
but he's probably not even the best midfielder in the Premier League.
Kante of Chelsea looks far better and I think Jose must be wishing he'd gone in for
Kante rather than Pogba.

Re: Pogba
Going off last night United paid about £70 million too much. He reminded me of Wayne Thomas last night in the way he ran around, sorry jogged around, trying to look like a decent footballer without actually having a meaningful impact on the game.
He plays like the lovechild of Michael Williams and Mark Ford. Utterly pathetic in every area. No effort, no application, no quality.

Re: Pogba
When you consider Kante cost just over a third of Pogba's fee, it's staggering. Can't help but think that Pogba along to a lesser extent with Ibrahimovic are immune from being subbed. On a number of occasions this season, I've felt that Pogba should have been replaced or started on the bench. On present form he doesn't IMO deserve to be an automatic choice no matter how much he cost.

He's certainly not living up to his billing so far, is he?
