The coroner is going to send a report to Apple to prevent future deaths.

Had a laugh at that, sad thing is and being serious a current of 0.1 - 0.2 Amp can kill you.
Obviously sat in one of the best conductors (water) makes it easier.
For comparison a 1500 watt hair dryer pulls 6+ Amps.
Not that I need one with my hair style these days.

Apple is a US company, right? US has different electrical system, right? Hair dryers in bathrooms are common, and safe, in USA - and other countries that operate similar electrical systems as USA.

I wonder if the coroner has also considered sending a report to UK gov't, or health & safety exec, and recommend a little more education about different electrical systems - and what is dangerous in the UK (even though it might not be in USA or some other countries).

And, for balance: it is legal in US to drive while using a cell phone. The US also has a relaxed attitude towards gun "control."

They would be if the death occurred due to a drink driver knocking someone over, or due to an earthquake or a mentally disturbed loner with a shotgun.

However not when a death has occurred due to the victim (a grown man) plugging the water in his bath into the mains electricity.
