Didnt think Sunderland could be as bad as the previous three games. Dont want to curse it but they look awful. Shows how good defoe is to score goals in that side. Januzai looks ok. Defensively theyre abysmal. Absolutely terrified of Gray whos had a hreat first half.

Barnes getting nothing as per. Looked like Mee took a sneaky elbow too. Defensively we look very composed. Hope ive not cursed us. Im confident we can get that win today.

I'd say it is fairly 'even stevens' to be honest. As much as we've had some spells where we have been on top I think that the first goal is going to be absolutely crucial. Could have done with Barnes sticking that chance away.

Agree on that chance. Think we look on top and theyre very slow and clumsy at the back. Did you see the challenge on ben mee?

Summed that up well. Just hope it's nothing like 2 years ago when they ran out 2-0 winners. Fingers crossed for a big second half for the clarets!

Played that last 20 for a draw. The game was crying out for Defour.

Heaton kept us in it.

We definitely settled after they came out firing. Like we wanted the draw. They were awful. A win and we are safe.

As with Stoke away, I just do not understand why you wouldn't bring Defour on; Defour who played Sunderland off the park on NYE. Baffling.
